PAYMENT & SHIPPING

All prices are quoted in EUROS (EUR).

PAYPAL and STRIPE payments accepted.

All Ready to Ship orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders are shipped internationally, via Lithuania Post or Deutsche Post.

I go to the post office twice a week. Lead times for custom orders will be advised when you place an order. 

If you are ordering a doll for a special occasion, please let me know and I can try to send it sooner. Bear in mind that the customs process in your country can add time to your overall shipping time.  


FEES/DUTIES

Please be aware that packages may be subject to delays and additional taxes and duties at the port of entry of various international countries outside of Lithuania (Europe). We take every effort to ensure a quick and smooth delivery, but we do not take any responsibility for any delays and extra fees which may be applied via customs and duty offices in the receiving country.

Buyer is responsible for all international customs/fees. The cost will vary by location, so please research your country’s policy before purchasing.

TRACKING NUMBER

You will receive an email with tracking after your order has shipped. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

DHL Express Shipping

If you would like DHL Express shipping please contact me immediately after making your purchase at jumatamade@gmail.com so I can adjust the shipping cost accordingly.

Returns & Exchanges

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

A note about Delays

JumataMade is not responsible for any delays once a package is in transit. We ship items within 3-5 business days after payment, custom made orders within 7-15 days. 

We cannot give you an exact delivery date as it depends on your country's customs policies as well as the postal service in each country.

Please make sure to include the correct address for your package, we are unable to change shipping once it is in process.

We will combine shipping only if the order has not been packed yet.  If the order has gone to shipping and is ready for pickup then it will be shipped separately and you will be charged.

Please note that during the pandemic period, delivery times may be longer causing delays which are out of our control.
